One of the most popular ways of attracting attention to the “hot” products is through guides, featured events, and top lists. On LI Kids, we are trying to expand to offer these quite frequently. This allows us to work with more people and to serve our readers better. If you are involved in PR this page will help you to see the kind of guides that we can offer and the opportunities for guide inclusion that we have coming up in the future. You will also find rules concerning guide inclusion and a little bit about how our guides are done. Submitting for Guide Inclusion
If you are submitting a product for guide inclusion please understand that we will not send the product back. The products that we are able to receive for a review and/or for inclusion receive first priority because we are well aware of how those products work. This gives us a chance to better serve our audience by including the best products for any given guide.
Obviously not all products that are submitted for a guide will be included in that guide. However, if a product is sent for review and/or submitted for any guide and another guide is done where we can add that product we will. So, if you submit something for our Summer Guide and we don’t feel it works out we might add it into our Holiday Guide or one of the other guides that we offer.
The proposed date of each guide will be listed by the title of the guide or in the description. If that date should change and you’ve sent something for inclusion we will email you to let you know.
What You Can Expect from Us
Every company/person that submits something that ends up in a guide will be emailed with the link as soon as that guide is up. If we have decided to not include something we will make every possible effort to email you, but cannot guarantee that we will. If we use your product in a different guide or use it in a second guide, you will be emailed with those links, as well.
Reviews are not guaranteed for products that are sent with the primary goal of guide inclusion. However, if we have the time or the product is something we know will be of interest to our readers we will review it and feature it that way, as well as in the guide.
All products that are included in the guide will include an image of the item, at least one link to the company website, and a description (hand written) of the item and why we like it. The guide, when up, will be placed on multiple Twitter accounts, a Facebook account and Fan Page, on Stumble Upon and on Google Buzz. If we can add it elsewhere, you can bet we will.
If the item is reviewed more than one link will be included if possible, more than one image will be used, and video will be included if it is available. The same social media process is adhered to for our reviews, as the one previously listed. While we list that we may not review every item we receive, please understand we make an effort to review everything, so the chances are very good that we will review your items if they are sent to us. Please note: Reviews for all items are completely honest based on our experience. If we do not like a product or we have a problem with it, we are completely honest about our findings. Please do not ask us to avoid reviewing your product if we have a negative experience. While all of our reviews are as constructive as possible (we often list the good and bad about any product) we will not hold back information from our readers if we feel it will benefit them. Please do not ask us to do so.

New Website Launch
LI Kids is about to have a sister site that is strictly for girls (well, boys can visit, too). The site is all about women and mom’s and finding that sexy spot that we sometimes lose faster than we should. The site will offer articles and advice on sex and sexuality and all things female. We will also be reviewing makeup, fashion items, health/beauty items, adult toys, and lingerie. Basically if it makes you look and feel sexy, it’s right for this new site.
What we’re Accepting for Opening Launch Reviews: Adult toys, Lingerie, Make-up, Chocolate, Clothing, Beauty Accessories and other things to spoil a woman and make her look and feel fabulous!
