Fashion Review: Banda Bibs & Burpers

We don’t often do our reviews in pairs. However, Bazzle Baby gave us a reason to, in this instance. Bazzle Baby sells bibs, burpers, and other supplies for your baby. These items are not only adorable and a necessary staple for any mother, they are also fashionable. Fearing that I might repeat myself heavily due to the fact that I picked out both the burper and the bib in the same style (I love to match when possible) I have decided to roll this review into one, but as much as I love Bazzle Baby I am certain that this won’t be the last you will hear about them from me.
From the moment I saw the pictures for the BandaBibs by Bazzle Baby I fell in love. They are simply adorable on their website but they were even better looking when they arrived on our doorstep. We chose to review the Nautical bib and burper and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. It is a mix of gorgeous blues with green, yellow, and white. It looks phenomenal. Based on look alone I would have been completely satisfied with my purchase.
The design for the BandaBib is quite unique. It reminds me of a little cowboy scarf/bandana like you would see a bandit wear. This on its own will make it cute enough for some parents to want to pick up. Of course, the important thing to note here is that the bib actually works quite well. It is snug without being restricting and it ensures that nothing passes over or under it to get on the baby.
Like standard bibs, the BandaBib has a velcro back, giving you a little room as to how tight it needs to be on your child. There are two small velcro strips on the one side, so if the child is bigger, but still needs a bib, this should still fit just fine. Each bib is made of 100% cotton so they end up being incredibly soft on the inside and they are absorbent and fashionable on the outside. It’s a winning combination in more ways than one.
With the design being near perfect and the quality holding up as well (if not better) than we expected, one of the few things left to think about is the price. The bibs are available for $11.99 and the burpers are available for $8.99. Considering that you can get a matching set for around $20, which beats the quality that I have found in most stores, you really cannot complain.
You will only need a couple of these bibs and burpers when you buy from Bazzle Baby. The quality is so good and the product remains beautiful after washing. The colors don’t fade or run (at least not in the beginning, which I’ve seen happen). For the price, if not the quality, it remains a top choice in bib and burper baby products.
As much as I love the bib, I have to admit that the burper stole my heart. Most burpers are nothing more than scraps of fabric that get wet easily and have to be washed constantly. However, these burpers are made from the same material and in the same style as the bib. They are absorbent, they look great, and they keep the baby (and the mommy) as clean as they are meant to.
While we reviewed the set of the Nautical bib and burper, there were many sets and individual BandaBibs on the website that I really loved the look of and wouldn’t hesitate in purchasing if I needed some new baby products.
