DISC THREE
“The Royal Racer (Part 1)” - Spritle and Chim-Chim trade places with a Prince who looks exactly like Spirtle. When Spritle, who is believed to be the Prince has troubles, questions arise, just prior to his coronation. The real prince is next in line for the crown and someone does not want him to become the King.
“The Royal Racer (Part 2)” - Sprtile manages to escape. When it is been said that the Prince is missing, the other Prince, Prince Sugarin is named successor. Speed is on the run as the Minister to the King tries to have him arrested. Speed meets up with Spritle and Chim-Chim who must save the real prince and stop Sugarin’s coronation.
“The Car Hater” - Another jilted father causes chaos for people and their cars. A father whose son died in a car crash has sent saboteurs around the city to destroy cars, putting plenty of people at risk in the process.
DISC FOUR
“The Terrifying Gambler” - At the Monte Carlo Rally, the Mach 5 is hijacked. The man who hijacked Speed is Mr. Fastbucks, a reknowned gambler. Without proof, Speed must take on Fastbucks alone, but Fastbucks has a sinister plan that could put a lot of people in danger.
“The Race against Time (Part 1)” - An archeologist’s daughter is lost amongst the Egyptian ruins and the man is murdered during the Sahara Race. His dying wish, told to Speed, is to find his daughter. He must head to the ruins, where he finds her, but she has amnesia and believes she is Cleopatra.
“The Race against Time (Part 2)” - In order to gain “Cleopatra’s” trust, Speed must prove he is brave by retrieving a statue. In the meantime, Trixie is being held hostage. When Speed ends up being captured and driven into the Nile with the Mach 5, he must find a way to get out and save his girl (Trixie).
“The Snake Track” - Speed helps a man with a lame arm, but he has alternative motives. He wants to learn a technique this man uses, which allows him to drive on two wheels. That’s Speed’s only hope for racing and winning at the dangerous Snake Track.
“The Man on the Lam” - When a man escapes from prison, he runs into Speed and forces him to go to where he has hidden the money he stole from a bank. In the process, Speed learns the man has a blind daughter. The two must get to the money before other gangsters get to it first.
“Gang of Assassins (Part 1)” - Men in black with black, three-wheeled cars break into Cupola Castle and plant a bomb there. Speed is racing in the Fujiyama Grand Prix. He’s winning, but Racer X is right on his tail. Speed just barely beats Racer X, and Pops tells him he wishes that Speed’s older brother, Rex was there to see Speed win. Speed hears about the assassination of President Crackbrow from Aquaria, who was visiting Japan for a peace conference. Speed becomes embroiled in the mystery connecting Crackbrow and the bomb in the castle with the strange men in black.
“Gang of Assassins (Part 2)” - Speed must defend himself against the assassins, though he learns their organization of assassination is worldwide. It’s up to Speed to escape and reveal the truth behind the assassination, but when Racer X seems to be a member of the assassin gangs, it’s harder for Speed to escape.
“The Race for Life” - Speed is in a new kind of race in Mexico. He must race against time as he tries to race to save the life of a mayor of a Mexican village. The mayor has been poisoned and if Speed cannot find a serum, the man who poisoned him will take over.
“The Supersonic Car” - Speed gets the chance to drive a new car. This is a supersonic prototype. When sabotage by another car company, which is a rival to the one that made the supersonic prototype, causes Speed to crash, he blames himself.
“Crash in the Jungle (Part 1)” - Speed faces something that he’s never faced before. He crashes his plane in the jungle. There he must fend for himself against the massive jungle animals.
“Crash in the Jungle (Part 2)” - When Speed finds out a General is responsible for creating the massive jungle animals, he must save Professor Carnivoré, Trixie and Spritle before it is too late.
“The Secret Invaders (Part 1)” - Speed does his civic duty when he breaks up an assassination attempt in Europe. A crime lord in the area believes that Speed must work for the International Police as a spy. That makes Speed a target and the crime lord orders his death.
“The Secret Invaders (Part 2)” - While the vice president of Avalonia tries to work with the crime lord to pull of a coup, Speed must try to stop it from happening. Unfortunately, the crime lord has sent baddies after Speed, to kill him.
“Man Behind the Mask” - When a man wearing a mask (not the masked man/Racer X) wires the Mach 5 up to a bomb, he gains control of the car and Speed. With Speed under the masked man’s control, he is forced to steal art treasures or get blown up.
“The Car Destroyer” - When a man’s son is paralyzed in a hit and run, he takes his aggression out on cars. When using small cars to control large cars, he melts those cars down, and turns them into a robotic forest. When Speed looks into the case, things aren’t always what they seem with the son and his disability.
“The Desperate Racer” - In the Pineapple Grand-Prix, it is a tradition for each racer to carry a pineapple in his/her car as he/she races. When a diamond is hidden in one of the pineapples, the fruit is suddenly disappearing from the raccer’s cars prior to and during the race.
“The Dangerous Witness” - Speed isn’t just a racer. He’s a humanitarian. While he’s in Hong Kong, he must save a princess from an assassination attempt. The only problem is that the assassins are a group of women who are all quite deadly.
DISC FIVE
“Race the Laser Tank” - Speed heads to Hawaii where he becomes embroiled with more espionage. This time, he must find out about a laser that is stolen and placed on a tank.
“Great Car Wrestling Match” - Speed enters into a demolition derby, but not because he is particularly interested in the competition. He has the dastardly deed of convincing an ex-racer to get back into the game agian.
“Motorcycle Apaches” - Speed is racing in the Southwest Grand Prix, just as a convoy of trucks is attacked by a group of motorcycles. Speed has dinner with Mr. Skyhigh, who tries to get Speed’s help in protecting the construction of a base geared toward Space development. When a bunch of the racers and their crew are being attached by motorcycle Apaches, Speed is asked to take a special shipment of an element that will be used by the base, in their research.
“Car with a Brain” - Speed is put in danger when he tries to take on a tank. This is no ordinary tank. This tank has a specific mission. It plans to blow up a Scottish city and it is up to Speed and his crew to make sure that doesn’t happen.
“Junk Car Grand Prix” - When Baron von Vondervon hosts a contest for girls who are 17, in memory of his missing daughter, he mentions the prize will mean a lucky girl will be treated as his daughter. Free Load sneaks into the contest, as a woman. He discovers Baron’s real daughter, Ivonna, has entered the competition, and kidnaps her before she can race.
“The Car in the Sky” - Speed and his family are island-wrecked during a storm on the way to the Grand Prix (the most important race in the world). When Speed realizes the island has been used as a forgotten base from the war, he will do anything he can to insure all of the passengers are rescued.
“The Trick Race” - This episode follows “The Most Dangerous Race”. A year has passed since the events of that episode. International Spies attempt to hold a race between Speed and the Car Acrobatic Team. The spies want Racer X to show up because they know he’s really Rex Racer, Speed’s older brother.
“Race Around the World (Part 1)” - Speed takes part in the Race Around the World. This is a race where the racers must race around the world by land, sea and air. The race also features the daughter of the millionaire who is sponsoring the race. When the race turns dangerous, Speed looks like he might just be the victim of a sabotaged crash.
“Race Around the World (Part 2)” - Speed manages to catch up despite his accident. He also saves Lovelace and shares gas. When Speed runs out of gas himself, Racer X shows up and yells at Speed, but he also leaves a gas can with him. The winner of the race is revealed and that person is declared World Champion.
Note: If your child watches these episodes, please make sure they are old enough to know and understand that Spritle is not a good influence. He stows away in car trunks, airplanes, and takes candy from strangers!
