I would suggest you check the waist size. Fancy Nancy might be a bit smaller in the waist then say the American girl dolls. Other then that, they should fit and of course all the accessories will work. There are extra dresses available for her already and accessories for the child to wear along with her.

Do you think other clothes for 18 inch dolls would fit her? I want to get this doll for my daughter and my mother wants to get some doll accessories, we were wondering if she could get other non-Nancy clothes to fit?
