How did you disable the debugging?

We had a lot of problems with the dragon tales fob.
It never would work. We spent hours on the phone with F-P and couldn’t get anything fixed.
Found out, by searching the web, that you need to check your computer settings- disable script debugging. We have no problems now !

Try calling 800-432-5437 on Monday-Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM EST. You will probably need an update to the fob or the Easy Link or whatever. Fisher Price can email you the update if you call the above #.

having same problem as patrick…the three fobs that came with it say there is no game on the fob but the two extra ones i got worked fine…any idea how to fix it?

The web sites are not active for the FOB’s included with teh sale. I’ve spent hours on hold, I’ve even been told there are too many calls and have been hung up on.
