As they approach the Sea of Mystery, dark domain of the evil Sea Hag, strange and scary things begin to happen. Mists, sirens and serpents attack the intrepid seafarers, but Popeye comes to their rescue. All’s well that ends well, and the entire family is reunited to share a joyous Christmas feast! Popeye has always been my favorite cartoon character. My father got his nickname of Pappy J from this cartoon.

I used to love Popeye when I was a little kid.
I think it would be cool to get my kid interested in Popeye, since some cartoons today, like Ed, Edd and Eddy are so stupid they’re practically unwatchable.
Even my kid changes the channel when that one comes on.
